Terms

Your account

• One account per person. Do not share it, and do not play under somebody else's.
• The details on your profile have to be true: your name, your date of birth, and game IDs that are yours.
• Each tournament's page says who can enter and how. Its rules apply on top of these.

Entry fees

Entry fees are paid to the club outside this site, the way the tournament's page describes. Staff confirm your place once the fee has arrived. If you withdraw, or are removed for breaking these rules, the fee is not returned.

Fair play and results

• Be there at the start time. If you do not press Ready in time, you forfeit the match.
• Report the true score, and keep a screenshot of the final screen: it is what settles an argument.
• If you disagree with a reported score, dispute it and say why. A score nobody answers in time stands.
• Staff decide disputes from the evidence in the match's conversation. Their decision is final.
• Staff can correct a result, replay a match or reverse a no-show when something went wrong.

Conduct

Respect your opponents and the staff, in the match chat, on the club's Discord and in the game itself.

These are not allowed:

• abusive, hateful, threatening or sexually explicit language;
• harassment of another player or of staff, on or off the site;
• cheating of any kind, including exploits, outside help during a match, or playing on someone else's account;
• pretending to be another player, or to be staff;
• agreeing a result in advance, or losing on purpose.

What follows is for staff to decide, depending on how serious it is and whether it has happened before:

• a warning;
• ladder points taken away;
• the match forfeited;
• disqualification from the tournament;
• future registrations refused;
• removal of your account.

If an opponent crosses the line, use Report on their message in the match chat. Staff see the message and who wrote it. Do not answer in kind: the same rules apply to your reply.

Your content

Your profile picture, socials and screenshots are yours. By uploading them you let us show them on this site as described in the privacy page. Do not upload anything you have no right to, or anything that breaks the conduct rules.

The platform

We do our best to keep the site running and the brackets right, but tournaments are run by people and software, and both make mistakes. Staff may delay, restart or cancel a tournament when they have to, and will say so on its page.

Nejmeh eSports is not affiliated with Electronic Arts. EA SPORTS FC and related names belong to their owners.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. The privacy page says exactly what is removed and what stays.
