Privacy

What we store

• Your profile: first and last name, date of birth, nationality, your EA, PSN or Xbox IDs, and a mobile number if you give one.
• How you sign in: your email and a scrambled version of your password, or the link to your Discord or Google account. We never see your password for those.
• What you choose to show: a profile picture and links to your socials.
• Your tournaments: registrations, the name you played under, results, final positions and ladder points.
• Match chat: the messages you write in a match's conversation, and the screenshots you upload there.
• Payment proof: the picture you attach to a registration, if you attach one. Money itself never passes through this site.
• Notifications we have sent you, and, if you switched them on, the address your browser gave us for push notifications.
• Sessions: when you signed in, from which browser and IP address, so you stay signed in and so abuse can be traced.

Who sees what

• Everyone: the name you play under, your flag, picture and socials, your results, and your place on the ladder.
• Your opponent in a match: also your full name, your game IDs and your Discord name, so they can find you and play.
• Club staff running a tournament: also your email, mobile number, date of birth and payment proof, to confirm entries and settle disputes.
• Match chat is seen by the two players and by staff. Nobody else.

What we do not do

• No adverts, and we do not sell or hand your data to anyone.
• No tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.
• Your browser keeps a few things for itself, on your device only: half-typed forms so a reload does not lose them, and which help notes you have already seen.

Where it is kept

On a server in Vienna, Austria, rented from netcup GmbH, which processes data only on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare sits in front of the site and carries its traffic. A copy of the database is taken every night and kept for 14 days. Emails are delivered by an email provider, which sees the address and the message it delivers. If you sign in with Discord or Google, they know that you did.

Emails and notifications

We email you to confirm your address and reset your password, and about the moments that matter in a tournament: your place being confirmed, the draw, and disputes. Turn the tournament emails off on your account page. Push notifications are off until you switch them on, and can be switched off in the same place.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, at the bottom of your account page. Your name, email, date of birth, phone number, game IDs, picture, socials, chat messages, uploads, notifications and ladder points are removed.

If you have played in tournaments, your results stay in the brackets and tables under the name "Deleted player", because other players' results depend on them. If you never played, nothing is kept. Nightly backups that still contain your data are gone within 14 days.
